Shipping
There is a store wide policy that all items will be shipped only after payment has been made in full. As the items for sale on this website come from several individual sellers, some orders placed may include items from more than one seller, and each seller will ship their portion of the order separately. Some items may include free shipping (These are usually marked as such), other items will have postage added. Postage amounts are for regular mail only (unless otherwise specified), and insurance is available to add to your order at checkout should you require it (if the particular seller offers it). Sellers are not responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit unless insurance has been added to the order.
 
Each store may have their own policy on shipping times. "Custom" orders may take longer to ship, as they will need to be made for you then shipped. Please contact them for an estimated timeframe if you are concerned with shipping times. If you have not received your items after a reasonable time, please contact the individual seller you purchased the items from, and if you have no response from them, please contact Customer Service (giving your name and order number)

Each store has their own policies outlined in their policy sections. To view a particular store's payment information, shipping instructions and policies, please click on their store name on the "Stores" page.
 
Cancelling orders and non-payment
Please make payment promptly for your order. Murasaki Mama and/or the individual sellers on this site reserves the right to cancel orders for non-payment after a reasonable time. Frequent non-paying or order-cancelling customers may be excluded from placing future orders from this site.
 
Problems
If you have any problems ordering, or a problem with a particular seller, please do not hesitate to contact customer service (see the "Contact Us" page)
 
Privacy
When you place an order with any of the stores here on Murasaki Mama, your details are contained in an internal customer database within the shopping cart system. Customer details will only be used for completing the transaction. Your details will never be given or sold to anyone, unless required by law. If at any time you feel your privacy has been invaded, please contact Customer Service

Murasaki Mama holds no responsibility for injury or harm suffered by use of the products sold on this website, or by use of this system (online store).  Product descriptions and any claims made therein are created by and are the responsibility of, the individual sellers. Please contact the individual sellers for their returns policy or if you have any questions specific to their products.
