Orders will only be sent after payment has been made. Orders that are unpaid and have had no contact after 1 week will be cancelled and returned to stock. I will not e-mail you to chase up payment. Payment can be made with Paypal, Bank Deposit or Money Order. Cattle, shells etc. and other barter methods not accepted unless prior arrangements have been made ;) (ohh you are actually reading this! amazing!!) 
 
Cup/Glass charms will be sent as a "letter", other items will be sent reguar parcel post. Express post or insured post will have extra charges. Registered post/insurance is an extra charge and is added at checkout with a checkbox. If you require express post, e-mail me to discuss this.
 
I normally post orders twice a week, Early in the week (Mon or Tues) and late in the week (Thurs or Fri). If I am going out at other times and happen to post orders, then I will do so... otherwise, that's it :) Let me know if you are in a hurry and I can make sure it is posted as soon as I can. 
 
Postage times will vary depending on where you live. Victoria Metro areas should be the day after I post your order. NSW/SA is generally about 2-3 days, TAS, WA and QLD about 4 days. These are estimates only and are out of my control as I am not a postal worker :) 
 
Generally I try to e-mail you to let you know when your order has been posted.... but occasionally I might forget (I am only human afterall), so if you haven't heard from me, please feel free to e-mail me. 
 
Obsidian Star accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Once a parcel leaves my hands I have no control over whether postal workers stomp on it or decide they want it more than you do.....Refunds or replacements for such items will only be made if they were sent Registered Post/with insurance. If you wish to have your items sent registered post/with insurance, please select this option at checkout.

As these products are handmade, there may be slight imperfections. In the case of custom ordered products, or products listed with more than one item in stock, the finished product you receive might not look exactly the same as the ones shown, as placement of printed fabrics will be slightly different from item to item. Fabric colours may differ slightly to what you see on screen due to the differences in different monitor/graphics settings on your machine and mine.
