~ RETURNS ~
General Returns Policy – Cinderella’s Stash does not accept returns due to a change of heart. If you have a problem with any item purchased through our store, please feel free to contact us to discuss the issue.
Please read the returns policy on the following products carefully before purchase. There are no exceptions to any of the following items.

  Seconds – Any seconds are a no return item. Reason and/or measurements for item being listed as a second are stated clearly in product descriptions. Please read these details carefully before purchasing. Seconds can be recognised by the ** <-- two stars next to the item name.

Cloth Menstrual Pads  & Breast Pads– Cloth menstrual pads & Breast Pads are a no return item due to their intimate nature. Returns for faults in workmanship are valid for 2 months from purchase date.




~ POSTAGE & HANDLING  ~
As we are based rural postage days are Monday, Wednesday & Fridays – this also includes Express parcels. Parcels will not be posted until full payment has been received.

We ONLY ship within Australia & to New Zealand. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The option of Registered Post is recommended. Once your parcel has been posted [if you have chosen to add this option], you can check your parcels progress via the Australia Post Delivery Tracking site by filling in the space with your Registered Post number. This number will be emailed to you when your parcel is sent.

Please be advised Cinderella’s Stash is NOT responsible for any parcels lost once handed over to Australia Post. All parcels are sent via regular parcel post, unless the option to have your parcel sent via Registered Post is requested when ordering. We are not obliged to provide cash refunds, credit your PayPal account, offer in store credit or replace any item lost by Australia Post. If you would like your order to be tracked, Register it!

**If ordering from both the Cinderella's Stash main site AND our Murasaki Mama store, your postage will be combined. Please allow 24 hours for a revised invoice to be sent to you OR alternatively you can email me :)


If your postage is less than quoted & paid for, the difference will be refunded. I check this once a week. Please feel free to email me if you think I may have missed you!



~ PAYMENT & PAYMENT METHODS ~
Payment is to be made within 7 days
unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please email us BEFORE purchase if there is an issue with payment.
ONE reminder will be sent on day 7, if there is no response from this email your order will be cancelled, and items put back into stock.

Unfortunately I am unable to offer lay-by as a payment option.

Cinderella's Stash accepts payment via bank deposit / internet transfer, PayPal or Money Order. Bank deposit details are given on your printable receipt upon checkout. New Zealand residents please use PayPal as your payment option :)
